摘 要:多年来,地下水的不合理开发利用,引发了区域性地下水超限开采,形成了地下水超采区。地下水超采区是指地下水实际开采量超过可开采量,破坏了地下水的采、补平衡,导致地下水水位持续下降、生态损害和地质灾害频发。为了实现水资源可持续利用,保护和改善区域地下水生态环境,可通过对地下水超采区的地下水取用水总量和地下水埋深两方面进行控制,实现地下水超采区科学治理的目的。本文以四平市区地下水超采区为例,利用年度超采量比例法,分析计算地下水埋深年变幅,确定地下水超采区不同条件下的地下水埋深控制指标,为相关决策提供数据支撑和技术参考。Over the years,the irrational development and utilization of groundwater has led to regional groundwater over-exploitation,resulting in the formation of groundwater over-exploitation areas.The groundwater over-exploitation area refers to the area where the actual mining output of groundwater exceeds the mining amount,which disrupted the balance of groundwater exploitation and replenishment,resulted in the groundwater level to declined continuously,the ecological damage and geological disasters happened frequently.In order to achieve sustainable utilization of water resources,protect and improve the regional groundwater ecological environment,the goal of groundwater over-exploitation remediation can be achieved by controlling the total amount of groundwater intake and groundwater depth in over-exploited areas.This article takes the groundwater over-exploitation area in the urban area of Siping as an example,and uses the annual over-exploitation ratio method to analyze and calculate the annual variation of groundwater depth,in order to determine the groundwater depth control indicators under different conditions in the groundwater over-exploitation area,providing reference and guidance for relevant departments to analyze and determine the groundwater depth control indicators in the over-exploitation area.
