摘 要:针对近年来小断面TBM在抽水蓄能电站地下排水系统的持续推广应用,从施工技术条件和施工成本2个维度分析了TBM法和人工钻爆法2种地下洞室施工方法的差异性。结果表明,2种方法施工场地布置基本相当,现阶段除了成本方面TBM法相对传统人工钻爆法略显不足外,在安全、质量和进度方面均具有绝对优势。随着TBM制造技术的进一步发展和规模化应用,TBM法与传统人工钻爆法的经济性差异将会逐渐缩小,未来或将成为抽水蓄能电站地下排水系统主流的施工方法。In response to the continuous promotion and application of small cross-section TBM in the underground drainage system of pumped storage power stations in recent years,the differences between TBM and drilling and blasting methods in the construction of underground tunnels were analyzed from two dimensions of construction technical conditions and construction costs.The results showed that the layouts of the construction sites for the two methods were basically the same.At present,except for the slight shortcomings of TBM compared with traditional drilling and blasting methods in terms of cost,TBM was not only safe,but also had absolute advantage in terms of quality and progress.It is believed that with the further development and large-scale application of TBM manufacturing technology,the economic difference between TBM and traditional drilling and blasting method will gradually narrow.The TBM may become the mainstream construction method of underground drainage system of pumped storage power stations in the future.
