摘  要:目的 简要概述金纳米笼(Au nanocages, AuNCs)材料的制备及与其他药物联合抗菌的疗效,为进一步抗菌研究发展提供参考。方法 通过查找文献,分类归纳近年来以AuNCs为基底的抗菌纳米药物的制备及应用。结果 简要概述了AuNCs的制备方法及在新型抗菌纳米材料中AuNCs基底发挥的作用,综述了2016-2023年发现的以AuNCs为基底的抗菌纳米药物。讨论了AuNCs在生物医学领域的应用,并展望了AuNCs复合材料的未来发展方向和应用。结论 研究以AuNCs为基底的抗菌纳米药物及其所对应的抗菌策略,对进一步开发灵敏高效的新型抗菌纳米材料具有重要意义。Purposes—To review briefly the preparation of Au nanocages(AuNCs)and the antibacterial effect of AuNCs in combination with other drugs so as to provide a reference for further antibacterial research and development.Methods—The preparation and application of antibacterial nanomaterials based on Au nanocages in recent years were summarized through literature search and classification.Results—The preparation method of AuNCs and the role of AuNCs substrate in new antibacterial nanomaterials are briefly reviewed and the AuNCs-based antibacterial nanomaterials are reviewed which were discovered from 2016 to 2023.The application of AuNCs in the field of biomedicine is discussed,and the future development direction and application of AuNCs are prospected.Conclusions—The study of AuNCs-based antimicrobial nanomaterials and their corresponding antimicrobial strategies is of great significance for the further development of novel antimicrobial nanomaterials.
