摘  要:[目的]对输电线路金具进行适当的表面处理有利于延长其使用寿命,为电力系统的安全运行提供保障。[方法]采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、能谱仪(EDS)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、电化学分析和摩擦磨损试验,对比了纯Zn、Zn-Ni合金和Zn-Ni-金刚石复合镀层的微观形貌、元素成分、相结构、耐蚀性和耐磨性。[结果]在研究的3种镀层中,Zn-Ni-金刚石复合镀层表面最平整致密,主要由γ-Ni_(5)Zn_(21)相和δ-Ni_(3)Zn_(22)相组成,耐蚀性和耐磨性最佳。[结论]Zn-Ni-金刚石复合电沉积在金具表面防护方面具有良好的应用前景。[Introduction]Appropriate surface treatment of metal fittings used on transmission line is beneficial for extending their service lives and ensuring the safe operation of power system.[Method]The micromorphology,elemental composition,phase structure,corrosion resistance,and wear resistance of pure Zn,Zn-Ni alloy,and Zn-Ni-diamond composite coatings were compared by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),energy-dispersive spectroscopy(EDS),X-ray diffraction(XRD),electrochemical analysis,and friction and wear testing.[Result]Among the three kinds of coatings,Zn-Ni-diamond composite coating,which was mainly composed of γ-Ni_(5)Zn_(21) phase and δ-Ni_(3)Zn_(22) phase,was the smoothest and the most compact,and had the best corrosion and wear resistance.[Conclusion]Zn-Ni-diamond composite electrodeposition has a promising application prospect in the surface protection of metal fittings.
