摘 要:[目的]近年来,在材料表面电沉积轻质、耐腐蚀和低成本的铝及铝合金备受关注。离子液体以其高导电性、宽电化学窗口和低毒性,被视为环保电解液的首选。采用离子液体电沉积铝及铝合金能有效提升材料的耐蚀性和力学性能,这为低耐蚀性NdFeB永磁体材料的应用提供了新思路。[方法]综述了以AlCl3为主盐的离子液体在铝及铝合金电沉积工艺、机理及应用的最新进展,重点介绍了该技术在NdFeB永磁体中的研究和应用现状,指出了目前存在的问题。[结果]离子液体电沉积铝及铝合金在NdFeB永磁体表面的应用以Al及Al-Mn合金为主。[结论]尽管将离子液体电沉积铝及铝合金作为NdFeB永磁体表面防护已受到业界的广泛关注,并取得了一定的进展,但成本高、镀液黏度大、沉积难等问题仍亟待解决。[Introduction]Recently,the electrodeposition of aluminum and its alloys on different materials has attracted much attention for its advantages of lightweight,corrosion resistance,and low cost.Ionic liquids are regarded as the first choice for environmentally friendly electrolytes due to their high conductivity,wide electrochemical window,and low toxicity.The electrodeposition of aluminum and its alloys in ionic liquids can effectively improve the corrosion resistance and mechanical properties of the substrate,providing new insights for the application of low-corrosion-resistant NdFeB permanent magnet.[Method]The latest advances in the electrodeposition technology,mechanism,and application of aluminum and its alloys in ionic liquids with AlCl3 as the main salt were reviewed.The research and application progress of the electrodeposition of aluminum and its alloys in ionic liquids for surface treatment of NdFeB permanent magnet was introduced,and the existing problems in this field was proposed.[Result]The application of aluminum and its alloys electrodeposited in ionic liquids for the surface treatment of NdFeB permanent magnet is primarily focused on Al and Al-Mn alloy.[Conclusion]The electrodeposition of aluminum and aluminum alloys in ionic liquids as a surface protection method for NdFeB permanent magnet has been widely concerned in the industry,and some progress has been made,while there are some problems such as high cost,high viscosity of ionic liquid,and difficulty in deposition need to be solved.
