摘  要:[目的]分析和明确高强度钢电镀返修时除氢处理的控制要求,解决在执行除氢标准过程中出现的一些疑问,确保电镀产品品质和安全性。[方法]结合多年的实践经验,总结了在标准(HB/Z 318-1998)范畴内的实际执行要求,重点分析了退镀和电镀结合时的多种除氢情况,并探讨了特殊材料和特殊使用条件下的除氢控制措施。[结果]对于抗拉强度不低于1300 MPa的零件,在酸性退镀后必须先除氢8 h,再进行第二次电镀。对于抗拉强度低于1300 MPa的零件,酸性退镀后的除氢可以与后续电镀的除氢工序合并进行,但此情况下最多只能退镀2次。[结论]消除应力、退镀后除氢、电镀后除氢及热处理都是重要的保温处理工艺过程。通过合并这些处理步骤可以简化生产流程,但必须遵循相关标准和风险控制原则。另外,推荐使用20号航空润滑油进行油槽除氢,并采用信息化系统和预警设备来应对除氢过程中可能出现的停电、断电等情况。[Introduction]The control requirements for hydrogen relief treatment during the repair of electroplated high-strength steel parts should be analyzed and clarified to resolve corresponding doubts that arise during the implementation of hydrogen relief treatment standards,ensuring the quality and safety of electroplated products.[Method]The actual implementation requirements within the scope of the standard HB/Z 318-1998 were summarized based on years of practice,and a variety of hydrogen relief treatment conditions combined with deplating and electroplating were primarily analyzed.The control measures of hydrogen relief treatment for special materials and under special conditions were also discussed.[Result]For the parts with a tensile strength not lower than 1300 MPa,8-hour hydrogen relief treatment should be conducted after acid deplating prior to replating.For the parts with a tensile strength lower than 1300 MPa,hydrogen relief treatment could be carried out after acid deplating and replating,while the deplating process must not be conducted over two times.[Conclusion]Stress relieving,hydrogen relief treatment after deplating and plating,and heat treatment are all important heat treatment processes.The production can be simplified by combining some of these processes,but it is essential to follow the relevant standards and risk control principles.In addition,it is recommended to conduct the hydrogen relief treatment in oil furnace with 20#aviation lubricating oil,as well as to configure an information system and early warning equipment to deal with the risks such as power outage and disconnection that may occur during hydrogen relief treatment.
