摘 要:[目的]在以硝酸镨为成膜主剂的化学转化液中添加强氧化剂过氧化氢,以进一步提升膜层的耐蚀性。[方法]通过硫酸铜点滴试验、析氢试验、动电位极化曲线测量及电化学阻抗谱测试,研究了过氧化氢体积分数对锌表面镨盐转化膜耐蚀性的影响,并使用扫描电镜(SEM)、能谱仪(EDS)及X射线光电子能谱仪(XPS)分析了转化膜的微观形貌和成分。[结果]随着转化液中过氧化氢体积分数增大,所得镨盐转化膜的耐蚀性先变好后变差。当过氧化氢体积分数为35 mL/L时,镨盐转化膜的耐蚀性最佳,此时膜层较致密,主要由镨的氢氧化物和氧化物组成。[结论]在镨盐转化液中添加适量过氧化氢可在金属锌表面获得耐蚀性较好的转化膜。[Introduction]Hydrogen peroxide as a strong oxidizer was added to the chemical conversion solution with praseodymium nitrate as the main film-forming agent to further enhance the corrosion resistance of praseodymiumbased conversion film.[Method]The effect of the volume fraction of hydrogen peroxide on the corrosion resistance of praseodymium-based conversion film was studied by copper sulfate dropping corrosion test,hydrogen evolution test,potentiodynamic polarization curve measurement,and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy.The micromorphology and composition of conversion film was analyzed by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),energydispersive spectroscopy(EDS),and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS).[Result]The corrosion resistance of praseodymium-based conversion film got better initially and then worse with the increasing of volume fraction of hydrogen peroxide.The conversion film obtained with 35 mL/L of hydrogen peroxide was compact and mainly composed of praseodymium hydroxides and oxides,and featured the best corrosion resistance.[Conclusion]A conversion film with excellent corrosion resistance can be obtained on zinc surface by adding an appropriate amount of hydrogen peroxide to the praseodymium-based conversion solution.
