摘 要:[目的]大型石油储罐运营过程复杂多样的环境条件,以及石油、沉积水、土壤等腐蚀介质造成石油储罐的腐蚀行为极其复杂,而储罐腐蚀行为的研究和腐蚀过程的监测对于储运中心运行和安全管理极其重要。恒电量法具有快速、无损、灵敏度高、重现性好等优点,基于恒电量法可以实现复杂体系中腐蚀过程的实时监测,但目前在储罐腐蚀研究中鲜有报道。[方法]采用恒电量法研究温度对储罐底板材料(16MnR钢)在土壤模拟液中腐蚀的影响,并结合传统的挂片法、动电位极化法、线性极化法、电化学阻抗法及扫描电镜(SEM)和X射线衍射(XRD)表征,对恒电量法应用于石油储罐底板腐蚀研究的有效性进行评价。[结果]温度对16MnR钢在土壤模拟液中的腐蚀有极大的影响,腐蚀随温度升高而加快,恒电量法与传统电化学方法的测试结果具有较好的一致性。[结论]恒电量技术是一种可靠性较高的腐蚀检测方法,在石油储罐底板腐蚀的实时监测中有着很好的应用前景。[Introduction]Research on corrosion behavior of tank and monitoring its corrosion process are crucial for the operation and safety management of storage and transportation centers due to the complex environmental conditions during the operation of large oil storage tanks and complex corrosion behavior of them in corrosive media such as oil,sediment,and soil.Coulostatic method can be used for real-time corrosion monitoring in complex systems based on its advantages such as fast response,nondestructive testing,high sensitivity,and good reproducibility.However,there are currently few reports on the application of coulostatic method in research of tank corrosion.[Method]The effect of temperature on the corrosion of the tank bottom plate made of 16MnR steel in simulated soil leaching liquor was studied by coulostatic method.In combination of traditional corrosion rate measurement methods including hanging chip method,potentiodynamic polarization method,linear polarization method,and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy with the characterization by scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and X-ray diffraction(XRD),the feasibility of applying the coulostatic method in the corrosion study of bottom plate of oil storage tank was evaluated.[Result]Temperature greatly affected the corrosion of 16MnR steel in the simulated soil leaching liquor,and the corrosion rate was accelerated with the increasing of temperature.The test results of coulostatic method were well consistent with those of the other electrochemical methods.[Conclusion]Coulostatic technology is a highly reliable corrosion detection method,and has promising application prospect in real-time corrosion monitoring on the bottom plate of storage tank in oil storage and transportation centers.
