摘 要:[目的]漆雾作为涂装作业产生的主要污染物之一,其治理效果是影响其他污染物治理成败的关键。常见的治理方式主要有干法和湿法两类,但同一工况下的对比研究鲜有报道。[方法]以喷涂车间产生的漆雾为治理目标,分别以干法工艺(球滤与玻璃纤维棉过滤相结合)和湿法工艺(水旋分离)进行漆雾治理试验研究。[结果]干法工艺去除漆雾的平均效率达到95%,湿法工艺则达到98%。湿法工艺较干法工艺有更低的排放浓度和更稳定的表现,但两者均出现了漆雾附着在设备内壁的情况。[结论]在工程应用中,应根据项目的具体情况来选择合适的漆雾治理工艺。[Introduction]As one of the key pollutants generated during painting operations,the effectiveness of paint mist treatment is pivotal to the success of treating other pollutants.There are few reports on comparative studies under the same operating conditions for the common paint mist treatment methods i.e.dry and wet processes.[Method]The treatment of paint mist generated in the spray painting workshop was studied experimentally by a dry process combining ball filtration and glass fiber filtration and a wet process using a hydrocyclone,respectively.[Result]The average removal efficiency of paint mist was 95% for the dry process and 98% for the wet process.Wet process demonstrated a lower emission concentration and more stable performance as compared to the dry process.However,both methods exhibited the issue of paint mist adhering to the inner walls of the treatment equipment.[Conclusion]In engineering applications,the selection of paint mist treatment process should be tailored to the specific circumstances of the project.
