摘 要:为了研究在腐蚀环境下混凝土的力学性能变化,文章秉承废物利用的原则,以不同比例的玻璃粉取代胶凝材料,以聚丙烯纤维(Polypropylene fiber,PPF)作为增强材料,且利用5%的Na_(2)SO_(4)溶液模拟腐蚀环境,探究PPF对玻璃粉混凝土力学性能和耐腐蚀性能的增益效果。试验结果表明:当玻璃粉含量一定,混凝土的抗压、抗折强度随着聚丙烯纤维掺量的增加呈现先增大后减小的趋势,且聚丙烯纤维的掺入可以提高玻璃粉混凝土耐腐蚀性,其最优掺量为0.3%。In order to study the changes of mechanical properties of concrete in corrosive environment,this paper adheres to the principle of waste utilization,replaces cementitious materials with different ratios of glass powder,uses polypropylene fiber(PPF)as reinforcing materials,and uses 5%Na2SO4 solution to simulate the corrosive environment,to investigate the effect of PPF on the mechanical properties of glass powder concrete and the corrosion resistance of concrete.The test results show that:when the content of glass powder is certain,the compressive and flexural strength of concrete with the increase of polypropylene fiber dosage shows a trend of increasing and then decreasing,and the incorporation of polypropylene fibers can improve the corrosion resistance of glass powder concrete,and the optimal dosage is 0.3%.
