摘 要:推进区域水资源节约集约利用,是贯彻落实水资源的生态保护和可持续发展的重要途径。文章采用层次分析法(AHP),构建区域水资源节约集约利用指数评价体系,选取黑龙江省不同地域、不同地理位置的县区,开展区域水资源节约集约利用指数试算工作,测算区域水资源节约集约利用指数计算结果的科学性、可靠性和方法的可操行性。旨在科学评价和指导水资源的合理利用,为水资源管理提供决策支持,以期促进水资源的可持续发展。Promoting the conservation and intensive use of regional water resources is an important approach to achieving ecological protection and sustainable development of water resources.This study employs the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)to construct an evaluation system for the regional water resources conservation and intensive use index.It selects counties and districts from different regions and geographical locations within Heilongjiang Province to carry out a pilot calculation of the regional water resources conservation and intensive use index.The aim is to assess the scientific validity,reliability,and practicality of the method used to calculate the index results.The objective is to scientifically evaluate and guide the rational use of water resources,provide decision support for water resource management,and promote the sustainable development of water resources.
