摘 要:干旱是影响和危害人类的最主要的灾害之一,每年在世界各地,干旱都时有发生,在中国的北方地区和南方的部分地区,由干旱导致的灾害也是频繁发生,由此可见,干旱所造成的水资源短缺给社会经济的影响非常之大。文章以辽北地区的抚顺和铁岭地区为例,采用历年的降水系列观测资料,对月、季度及年度降水对干旱特征进行了评估,结果表明:辽北地区冬春季易发生极端干旱,极端干旱的频率明显高于其他正常季节,同时提出了面临干旱发生时的应对措施。Drought is one of the most important disasters that affect and endanger human beings.Every year,drought occurs all over the world.In northern China and parts of southern China,disasters caused by drought also occur frequently,therefore,the socio-economic impact of water shortages caused by drought is enormous.Taking Fushun and Tieling areas in northern Liaoning Province as examples,this paper evaluates the drought characteristics of monthly,quarterly and annual precipitation by using the precipitation series data over the years.The results show that extreme drought is more frequent in winter and spring in northern Liaoning Province than in other normal seasons,and some countermeasures are put forward correspondingly.
