摘 要:全封闭组合电器(Gas insulated switchgear,GIS)广泛应用于高压变电领域,其安全稳定运行对于电力系统来说至关重要,而金属微粒附着缺陷是导致GIS设备故障的主要原因之一。基于有限元仿真建立了110 kV GIS设备的仿真模型,模拟了不同形状以及多个金属微粒附着缺陷对GIS设备电场的影响情况。结果显示,细长型微粒处电场畸变随狭长程度增大而增大;带尖刺微粒尖角在60°时电场畸变较严重;圆形片状微粒越薄,电场畸变越严重;多微粒附着电场畸变主要为其中两个微粒作用,随着微粒径向间隔距离增大而增大,而其余与单个微粒附着时情况相近;各形状金属微粒引起的电场畸变程度从大到小依次为:圆形片状>线形>矩形片状>球形。计算结果可对于GIS内固体绝缘表面金属微粒附着缺陷的局放检测和诊断分析具有参考价值。Gas insulated switchgear(GIS)is widely used in high voltage substation field,and its safe and stable operation is crucial for power system,and metal particle adhesion defect is one of the main causes of GIS equipment failure.Based on the finite element simulation,a simulation model of 110 kV GIS equipment is established to simulate the influence of different shapes and multiple metal particle attachment defects on the electric field of GIS equipment.The results show that the electric field distortion at the elongated particles increases with the increase of the degree of slenderness;spiked particles with a spike angle of 60°when the electric field distortion is more serious;the thinner the circular lamellar particles,the more serious the electric field distortion;multi-particle attached electric field distortion mainly for the role of two of the particles,with the particles increased radial separation distance and increase,and the rest of the situation is similar to a single particle attached;the degree of electric field distortion caused by each shape of metal particles in descending order:round flake>linear>rectangular flake>spherical.The calculation results can be used for the local discharge detection and diagnosis of the defects of metal particles attached to the solid insulation surface in GIS.
