摘 要:风荷载体型系数是计算太阳能光伏面板所受风荷载大小的重要参数。本文基于流体力学分析平台Flu⁃ent,采用雷诺时平均法开展不同风向角和不同安装倾角工况下光伏面板风压分布规律、风速矢量及其风荷载体型系数的研究,并将模拟结果与各国规范进行对比。计算结果表明:风向角和安装倾角变化均对光伏面板所受风荷载的大小具有显著影响;光伏面板表面正压、负压的递减方向与气流方向一致;面板上、下表面迎风侧边缘处存在较大的压力差,易造成光伏面板风致损坏;根据CFD数值模拟结果以及与各国规范对比分析,提出了不同安装倾角和不同风向角工况下光伏面板风荷载体型系数建议值。研究成果可为太阳能光伏组件的抗风设计提供一定的参考依据。The wind shape coefficient is an important parameter to calculate the wind load on solar photovoltaic panels.Based on the fluid mechanics analysis platform Fluent,the wind pressure distribution law,wind speed vector and wind load shape coefficient of photovoltaic panels under different wind direction angles and installation inclination angles are studied by Reynolds time average method,and the simulation results are compared with national codes.The calculation results show that the changes of wind direction angle and installation inclination angle have significant effects on the wind load.The decreasing direction of positive pressure and negative pressure on the surface of photovoltaic panel is consistent with the direction of air flow;There is a large pressure difference at the windward edge of the upper and lower surfaces of the panel,which is easy to cause wind-induced damage to the photovoltaic panel;According to the CFD numerical simulation results and comparative analysis with national codes,the recommended values of wind load shape coefficient of photovoltaic panels under different installation inclination angles and different wind directions are put forward.The research results can provide a certain reference basis for the wind-resistant design of solar photovoltaic modules.
