辽宁省智慧养老产业发展创新路径研究

摘　　要：智慧养老产业在发展过程中,已经形成以养老需求为核心,带动养老服务供给结构优化的新型发展模式。老年人养老需求的满足程度以及对智慧养老服务手段的接受程度会直接影响其接受智慧养老服务的综合意愿。因此,以满足老年人的多元养老需求为目标,发挥智慧养老产品和养老服务的集成优势,是推动智慧养老产业创新发展的重要途径。基于此,本文结合社会认知理论、嵌入式理论以及供需平衡理论等多重视角,系统分析辽宁省智慧养老产业的发展现状,并指出推动辽宁省智慧养老产业的创新升级,需要综合考虑智慧养老产业供给侧环境和服务设施建设情况以及需求侧老年群体养老行为偏好,实现菜单式供给和精准式需求的完美结合,共同推进智慧养老产业建设和高质量发展,以提升辽宁省老年人的养老幸福指数。In the development process of the smart pension industry,a new development model has been formed that takes the demand for pension as the core and drives the optimization of the supply structure of pension services.The level of fulfillment of the elderly's pension requirements and their acceptance of smart pension services will directly affect their comprehensive willingness to embrace smart pension services.Therefore,a key strategy to promote the innovation and development of the smart pension industry is to address the elderly's diverse requirements while leveraging the integrated advantages of smart pension products and services.Based on the social cognitive theory,embedded theory,and supplydemand balance theory,this paper systematically analyzes the current state of the smart pension industry in Liaoning Province,and points out that to promote the innovation and upgrading of the smart pension industry in Liaoning Province,it is necessary to comprehensively consider the development of the supply-side environment and service facilities within the sector,along with the pension preferences of the elderly groups on the demand side.By doing so,it is possible to realize a perfect combination of menu-based supply and targeted demand,promoting the high-quality development of the smart pension industry,and improving the pension satisfaction index among the elderly in Liaoning Province.
