摘　　要：宫颈癌是女性生殖系统最常见的恶性肿瘤之一。磁共振成像(MRI)具有高软组织分辨率、无创、重复性强等特点,近年来发展非常迅速,已逐步应用于早期宫颈癌的诊断、分期、治疗及预后等方面,是早期宫颈癌诊治中不可缺少的影像学检查方法。本文就常规MRI及功能MRI在早期宫颈癌中的应用进展进行综述,以期为早期宫颈癌的临床诊断及治疗方案选择提供参考。Cervical cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors of the female reproductive system.Magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)has the characteristics of high soft tissue resolution,non-invasive and great repeatability.It has developed rapidly in recent years,and has been gradually applied to the diagnosis,staging,treatment and prognosis of early cervical cancer.It is an indispensable imageological examination method in the diagnosis and treatment of early cervical cancer.This article reviews the application of conventional MRI and functional MRI in early cervical cancer,in order to provide reference for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of early cervical cancer.
