摘  要:超声联合微泡是一种新兴技术,可将各种治疗药物输送到大脑,其通过空化效应促进脑组织中内皮细胞增殖,诱导血管生成,加速Aβ淀粉样斑块清除,增强神经发生以及改善动物的认知功能,作用的靶点包括参与血脑屏障形成的神经血管单元的所有细胞。这些作用在脑血管病、中枢神经系统肿瘤、帕金森病以及阿尔茨海默病等脑部疾病的治疗方面有着重要的临床价值。本文就超声联合微泡对神经血管单元的作用机制及其研究进展进行综述。Ultrasound combined with microbubbles is an emerging technology that can deliver a variety of therapeutic drugs to the brain,which can promote the proliferation of endothelial cells in brain tissue,induce angiogenesis,accelerate the clearance of Aβamyloid plaques,enhance neurogenesis and improve cognitive function of animals through the cavitation effect,and its targets include all cells of neurovascular units involved in the formation of the blood-brain barrier.These effects have important clinical value in the treatment of brain diseases such as cerebrovascular diseases,central nervous system tumors,Parkinson's disease and Alzheimer's disease.This article reviews the mechanism and research progress of ultrasound combined with microbubbles on neurovascular units.
