摘　　要：艺术创作能缓解内心纠葛,唤醒潜意识,疗愈心理创伤,而艺术作品亦能传递创作者情感,引发共鸣。本文旨在通过名家案例、艺术的疗愈作用与机制分析,探讨艺术的疗愈价值。Artistic creation can relieve inner entanglements,awaken the subconscious mind,heal psychological wounds,and artistic works can also convey the creator's emotions and trigger resonance.This paper aims to explore the healing value of art through the analysis of the cases of famous artists and the healing function and mechanism of art.
