摘　　要：本文总结了1例免疫性血小板输注无效患者在造血干细胞移植预处理期间并发出血性膀胱炎的护理经验,护理要点包括:出血性膀胱炎护理,营养支持管理,皮肤及口腔黏膜护理,患者绝对卧床期间康复运动、心理护理。经治疗和护理后,患者于移植后第27 d步行出院。This article summarizes the nursing experience of a patient with hemorrhagic cystitis during hematopoietic stem cell transplantation who failed immune platelet transfusion.The nursing points include:hemorrhagic cystitis care,nutritional support management,infection prevention management,exercise intervention during absolute bed rest,psychological care,and family continuity care after discharge.Then,27 days after transplantation,the patient could walk normally at discharge.
