摘  要:高增益、高效率的DC-DC变换器是直流微电网系统中最为关键的一环。本文提出一种基于准Z源(quasi-Z-source)的直流变换器,并结合三绕组耦合电感、倍压单元结构。该变换器不仅继承了准Z源结构、耦合电感、开关电容/电感的优势,具有高升压能力、输入电流连续、电路箝位、元器件低电压电流应力、电流纹波小等优势,而且通过对有源器件软开关的实现,减小了电路损耗,获得了较高的工作效率。该文针对所提变换器的工作原理、特性、稳态以及参数选型进行详细说明,并在实验室搭建一台200 W的实验样机验证了所提变换器的可行性。The DC-DC converters with high gain and high efficiency are the most critical link in the DC microgrid system.This paper proposes a DC-DC converter based on quasi-Z-source,which combines a three-winding coupled inductor and a voltage multiplier cell(VMC).The converter not only inherits the advantages of quasi-Z-source structure,coupled inductor,switched capacitor/inductor,but also has the advantages of high voltage gain,continuous input current,circuit clamping,low voltage/current stress of components,small current ripple,etc.Moreover,it reduces the circuit loss and gets high work efficiency through the realization of soft switching of active components.This paper describes the working principle,characteristics,steady state and parameter selection of the proposed converter.Finally,a 200 W experimental prototype is built in the laboratory to verify the feasibility of the proposed converter.
