摘 要:【目的】评估不同秸秆发电供应链模式的碳减排潜力,探究影响碳减排能力的因素。【方法】采用生命周期评价方法,对秸秆发电不同阶段的污染物排放进行分析,并建立秸秆发电供应链系统的碳减排评估模型,计算不同模式下污染物的排放量和碳减排量。【结果】秸秆发电供应链的运输和发电利用阶段是污染物的主要排放源,其中污染物PM10、SO_(2)、CH_(4)、CO主要来源于发电阶段,所占比例分别为97%、93%、98%和76%;CO_(2)主要来源于运输阶段,所占比例为80%。4种秸秆发电供应链模式的碳减排量分别为5995.16、6076.57、6121.73和6125.68 kg。【结论】秸秆发电供应链模式的选用对系统碳减排能力有较大影响,在不同背景下选择合适的供应链模式可以减少碳排放。通过对秸秆发电供应链碳排放结果的灵敏度分析可以发现,秸秆收集半径、运输工具油耗、化肥农药使用量和除尘技术等因素对碳排放有显著的影响。【Objective】This study aims to evaluate the carbon emission reduction potential of different straw power supply chain mode and explore the factors that affect the carbon emission reduction ability.【Method】Pollutant emissions at different stages of straw power generation were analyzed using life cycle assessment method,and carbon emission reduction assessment models of straw power supply chain system were established to calculate pollutant emission and carbon emission reduction under different modes.【Result】The transport and power generation utilization stages of straw power supply chain are the main emission sources of pollutants,among which the pollutants PM10,SO_(2),CH_(4)and CO mainly come from the power generation stage,accounting for 97%,93%,98%and 76%respectively.The CO_(2)mainly comes from the transport stage,accounting for 80%.The carbon emission reduction of four straw power supply chain models are 5995.16,6076.57,6121.73 and 6125.68 kg,respectively.【Conclusion】The selection of supply chain mode of straw power generation has a great impact on the carbon emission reduction ability of the system.The selection of appropriate supply chain mode in different backgrounds can reduce carbon emission.Through the sensitivity analysis of the carbon emission results of the straw power supply chain,it can be found that the straw collection radius,the fuel consumption of transport vehicles,the amount of fertilizer and pesticides and the dust removal technology have significant effects on carbon emission.
