摘 要:为保障粮食和重要农产品稳定安全供给,确保“中国粮”主要用“中国种”,就必须保证有数量充足、品质优良的种源,需要依托基地建设产出高质量种源。近十年来,以三明市为核心的福建省杂交水稻制种基地规模逐步增大,2022年落实杂交水稻制种总面积3.13万hm2,占全国总面积的28.6%。本文以三明市建宁县、宁化县、泰宁县、尤溪县等4个国家级杂交水稻制种大县为样本,利用“制种基地建设评价分析系统(简称:制种基地评价系统)V1.0”,科学评价4个基地县杂交水稻制种产业发展情况,借此深入分析福建省杂交水稻制种产业发展面临的主要问题和下一步举措,为该省建设现代化种业基地提供参考。In order to ensure the stable and safe supply of grain and important agricultural products, and ensure that 'Chinese grain' mainly uses 'Chinese seeds', it is necessary to ensure that there are sufficient quantities and good quality seed sources, and it is necessary to rely on the construction of the base to produce high-quality seed sources. In the past decade, the scale of hybrid rice seed production base in Fujian Province with Sanming City as the core had gradually increased, and the total area of hybrid rice seed production was 31 300 hm^(2) by 2022, accounting for 28.6% of the total area of China. This paper took Jianning County, Ninghua County, Taining County, Youxi County of Sanming City, four national hybrid rice seed production counties as samples, and used 'seed production base construction evaluation and analysis system(hereinafter referred to as: seed production base evaluation system) V1.0' to scientifically evaluate the development of hybrid rice seed production industry in each counties, so as to deeply analyze the main problems faced by the development of hybrid rice seed production industry in Fujian Province and the next steps, which provided reference for the construction of modern seed industry base in Fujian Province.
