摘 要:在碳达峰和碳中和背景下,推广新能源使用,推进能源改革已成为国际能源发展转型重要趋势。生物质能作为新能源的重要组成部分,在应对气候变化、能源供需矛盾、保护生态环境等方面发挥着重要作用。本文在综合分析国内外和云南省生物质能产业发展现状基础上,从政策资金扶持、完善原料供应体系、推动跨国技术转移等角度提出促进云南省生物质能产业发展的对策建议,为政府或有关部门决策提供参考。Under the context of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality,promoting the use of new energy and advancing energy reform have become significant trends in the transformation of international energy development.As a vital component of new energy,biomass energy plays an important role in addressing climate change,resolving energy supply-demand contradictions,and protecting the ecological environment.Based on a comprehensive analysis of the current status of biomass energy development domestically,internationally,and specifically in Yunnan Province,this paper proposes strategies to promote the development of the biomass energy industry in Yunnan Province from the perspectives of policy and financial support,improving raw material supply systems,and facilitating international technology transfer.These recommendations aim to provide a reference for government or relevant departments in decision-making.
