摘  要:为贯彻落实国家能源集团“十四五”规划,坚定数字化转型方向,深入实施数字化转型发展战略,煤炭经营公司依托国家能源集团安全高效的产运销一体化运营优势和行业一流的质量管控系统,优化物流调运系统(TSW)船期管理平台和新建直达流向管理平台、将生产运营计划分解到周统筹规划,优化船期计划管理平台、一体化销售分部门完成情况报表以及计划管理平台移动端应用、TSW与铁路调度系统等系统接口,强化对计划执行的有效管控,提升各业务环节间的协同合作,形成完善的闭环管理体系,创新调运方式和管控模式,提升调运智慧化水平,取得了良好的应用效果。In order to implement the"14th Five-Year Plan"of the National Energy Group,firmly adhere to the direction of digital transformation,and deeply implement the development strategy of digital transformation,the coal management company relies on the safe and efficient integrated operation advantages of production,transportation,and sales of the National Energy Group and the industry-leading quality control system to optimize the shipping schedule management platform of the logistics coordination and transportation system(TSW)and establish a new direct flow management platform.It decomposes the production and operation plans into weekly overall planning,optimizes the shipping schedule management platform,integrates the sales department completion status report and the mobile application of the planning management platform,interfaces between TSW and railway dispatch systems,strengthens effective control over plan execution,enhances collaboration among various business segments,forms a complete closed-loop management system,innovates transportation and control modes,improves the level of intelligent transportation,and achieves good application results.
