摘　　要：高校教育基金会高质量履行筹资使命,既是凝聚慈善资源以优化办学投入的迫切需求,也是实现高等教育内涵式发展和支撑中国式教育现代化的题中之义。厘清高校筹资价值和现实瓶颈,基于对“双一流”建设高校教育基金会的结构化剖析,构建“目标子系统-过程子系统-支撑子系统”相互作用的筹资模型,深化并拓展筹资模型的要素和内涵。为保障筹资模型的高效运行,应着力把握好三对关系,即问题导向和价值导向的平衡、筹资生产关系的协同调整和筹资要素的协同配置、支持制约和反馈影响的传导互动,并立足不同子系统维度下的关键构成要素及其特征差异,助力提升高校筹资水平和加快世界一流大学建设。The university education foundation carries out its financing mission with great quality,serving as an urgent need to gather philanthropic resources and optimize educational investment.It also plays a crucial role in promoting the development of higher education with a focus on substance and supporting the modernization of education in China.By clarifying the value and practical limitations of financing in universities,based on a structured analysis of the education foundations of"Double First-class"universities,the financing model with the interactive subsystems of"target subsystem,process subsystem and support subsystem"is constructed.This model deepens and expands the elements and connotations of the financing model.In order to guarantee the efficient operation of the fundraising model,efforts should be made to grasp three pairs of relationships,i.e.the balance between problem orientation and value orientation,the synergistic adjustment of fundraising production relations and the synergistic allocation of fundraising elements,and the transmission and interaction of support constraints and feedback influences,as well as to base on the key constituent elements and their characteristic differences in different subsystem dimensions,so as to help to effectively enhance the level of university financing and advance world-class university construction.
