山地城市复杂地势条件下居住小区的设计思路探讨——以南平市延平区官沙田地块为例

摘　　要：为解决城镇化稳步发展背景下,山地城市建设用地紧缺,山地居住空间建设难度较大的问题。文章对山地城市复杂地势条件下居住小区的设计进行研究,立足安全宜居、集约用地、山水呼应的视角,以南平市延平区官沙田地块为例,将基地总体规划结构、总体布局、道路交通系统规划、场地及道路竖向设计、地下空间规划设计、景观规划设计、分期建设指引作为切入点,结合官沙田地块的区域背景、现状山水环境及周边情况,探寻因地制宜的设计方法及原则,以期为同行提供一定的参考价值。In order to solve the problem of land shortage in mountainous urban areas and the difficulty of constructing residential spaces in mountainous areas under the background of steady urbanization development,this paper studies the design of residential communities under complex terrain conditions in mountainous cities.From the perspective of safety,livability,intensive land use,and the harmony between mountains and rivers,taking Guanshatian plot in Yanping District,Nanping City as an example,the overall planning structure,overall layout,road traffic planning,site and road vertical planning,underground space planning,landscape planning and design and the phase construction of the base are taken as entry points.Combined with the regional background,current landscape environment,and the surrounding conditions of Guanshatian plot,the paper explores the design methods and principles according to local conditions,in order to provide certain reference value for the peers.
