多类型街道品质评价与活力驱动因素差异性探究

摘　　要：街道是城市公共生活的重要媒介,激发街道活力是实现城市高质量和可持续发展的关键。本研究通过实地调研、兴趣点爬取等方法,构建街道多维品质评价体系,定量测度得到各街道的环境因子评分与三维品质评价。随后探究环境因子层与街道活力值的线性回归关系,提取各类型街道活力的影响因素,进一步厘清各维度对不同类型街道活力的贡献差异,发掘驱动各类型街道活力的内因。结果表明,不同类型街道活力的影响因素不尽相同,各维度的贡献程度也存在较大差异,并结合街道评价,选取各类型中的低活力街道进行个案分析,解读其低活力原因并制定针对性提升策略。本研究通过剖析各类街道活力形成的内在机制,为后续街道更新与精细化治理提供参考依据。Streets are an important medium of urban public life,and stimulating their vitality is the key to achieving high-quality and sustainable urban development.The paper constructs a multi-dimensional quality evaluation system for streets through field investigation,interest point crawling,and other methods,and quantitatively measures the environmental factor scores and threedimensional quality evaluations of each street.Subsequently,it explores the linear regression relationship between the environmental factor layer and the vitality value of streets,extracts the factors influencing the vitality of each type of street,further clarifies the differences in contributions of each dimension to the vitality of different types of streets,and explores the internal factors driving the vitality of each type of street.The results indicate that the influencing factors of vitality vary among different types of streets,and there are significant differences in the contribution of each dimension.Based on this,combined with street evaluation,low vitality streets of each type are selected for case analysis,the reasons for their low vitality are interpreted,and targeted improvement strategies are formulated.The paper aims to provide a reference for subsequent street renewal and refined governance by analyzing the internal mechanisms underlying the formation of vitality in various types of streets.
