摘  要:为准确评价绿色开放空间的实际服务能力,探讨建成环境要素的影响程度,文章以南京市建邺区为例,构建绿色开放空间服务能力的多维评估体系,采用因子分析法,从开放与共享、服务供给与需求承载、便捷与可达三个维度展开服务能力评估。研究表明,绿色开放空间的内外部连通性、人口容量、集聚程度、周边路网和配套设施的密度对其服务能力的影响程度最高;建成区建设理念、设施分布、空间布局的不同特征是造成绿色开放空间服务能力产生区段差异的主要原因。针对不同的建成环境特征提出以下优化建议:①老城通过微更新、微改造提升绿色开放空间的质量和开敞度;②新城围绕绿色开放空间打造生活服务中心,以提高空间的亲和度和使用效率;③尚处开发建设中的新城优先完善交通系统,依托现有功能区配置绿色开放空间。In order to accurately evaluate the actual service capacity of green open space and to explore the impact of the built environmental factors,taking Jianye District in Nanjing as an example,the paper builds a multi-dimensional evaluation system for the green open space service capacity,and uses factor analysis to evaluate the service capacity from the three dimensions of openness and sharing,service supply and demand bearing,convenience and accessibility.The research shows that the internal and external connectivity,population capacity,agglomeration degree,density of the surrounding road network and supporting facilities of green open space have the highest impact on its service capacity.The different characteristics of the construction concept,facility distribution and spatial layout of the built-up area are the main reasons for the regional differences in the service capacity of green open space.The following optimization suggestions are put forward for different built environment characteristics.①The old city improves the quality and openness of green open space through micro-renewal and micro-renovation.②The new city will build a life service center around green open space to improve the affinity and efficiency of the space.③New cities under development give priority to improving the transportation system,and allocate green open space according to the existing functional areas.
