深圳市远足径体系规划建设实践——以龙岗区为例

摘　　要：远足径体系规划是深圳市国土空间规划体系下的专项规划,是贯彻落实“山海连城绿美深圳”生态建设的具体行动。文章在阐述深圳市远足径体系的概念、构成、分级分类以及规划原则和布局的基础上,围绕龙岗区山环水润、一河三廊的自然生态禀赋,分析了远足径体系建设的现实条件与难点,并运用百度慧眼城市人口地理大数据平台技术等方法,在规划选线上作出创新,提出了龙岗区远足径郊野径的空间规划策略和共建共治共管机制,并通过建成案例展示了远足径与郊野径建设在促进全民保护自然共识、强化全要素生态化连接、增进民生福祉等方面的意义和作用。The hiking trail system planning is a special plan under the territorial spatial planning system of Shenzhen,which is a specific action to implement the ecological construction of“Mountain-sea Vistas and Beautiful Shenzhen”.On the basis of elaborating on the concept,composition,classification,planning principles,and layout of the hiking trail system in Shenzhen,this paper analyzes the practical conditions and difficulties in the construction of the hiking trail system around the natural ecological endowment of Longgang District,which is surrounded by mountains and water,and one river and three corridors.Using Baidu Huiyan Urban Population Geography Big Data Platform technology and other methods,innovation is made in the planning and selection line,and the spatial planning strategy and co-construction,co-governance,and co-management mechanism of the hiking trail and suburban trail in Longgang District are proposed. Through some cases study, the significance and role of the construction of the hiking trail and suburban trail in promoting the protection of nature, strengthening the ecological connection of all elements, and enhancing people’s well-being are demonstrated.
