摘  要:开放式居住街区能够有效缓解封闭住宅小区带来的交通拥堵、服务设施使用不便、行车和行人路线选择度低等问题。为了探究不同成因下的居住街区开放度的合理性和均衡性,文章将广州市的开放式居住街区分为自发开放式、改造开放式和新型开放式三种类型,各选取一个案例地,运用空间句法理论开展变量分析和对比。研究发现:适宜的道路网密度、较低的尽端道路占比、较高的整合度和可理解度,是衡量居住街区开放度合理性、均衡性的重要指标。相对来说,改造开放式和新型开放式居住街区是在“小街区,密路网”理念下通过规划手段干预形成的,总体开放度更为合理、均衡。对封闭住宅小区开展步行开放化改造,对城市新区开展“街区制”规划建设,分别为城市更新和新区建设提供了较好的参考案例。Open residential blocks can effectively alleviate traffic congestion,inconvenient use of service facilities,and low selection of driving and pedestrian routes caused by closed residential blocks.In order to explore the rationality and balance of the openness of residential blocks under different causes,this paper divides the open residential blocks in Guangzhou into three types:spontaneous opening,renovated opening and new opening residential blocks.The case of each type was selected to carry out variable analysis and comparison with space syntax theory.It is found that appropriate road network density,lower proportion of cul-de-sacs,higher integration and comprehensibility are important indicators for measuring the rationality and balance of the openness of residential blocks.Relatively speaking,the renovated opening and new opening residential blocks are formed through planning interventions under the concept of“small blocks,dense road networks”,and the overall openness is more rational and balanced.The pedestrian opening renovation of closed residential blocks and the“block system”planning and construction of new urban areas provide good reference cases for future urban renewal and new area construction.
