摘　　要：价值认知作为遗产保护的核心内容,面临着当代日趋复杂的文化表达与经济诉求的现实挑战。文章结合建成遗产和遗产价值的概念溯源,对建成遗产价值理论演变及现实背景进行考察。在此基础上,重新认识和阐明建成遗产价值的内在性价值累积—工具性价值转化—公众价值实现的动态认知过程。最后分析在可持续发展的目标导向下,建成遗产价值评价过程中应协调文化与经济的价值平衡,保障人类与自然的协同共生,促进生活与文化的动态延续。As a core of heritage conservation,value cognition is facing challenges due to the increasing complicated cultural expression and economic demand.Tracing back the concept of built heritage and heritage value,this paper has investigated the background and evolution of the built heritage value theory.Based on the findings from the investigation,a dynamic cognition process of the built heritage value(i.e.inherent value accumulation-transformation towards instrumental value-public value performance)has been recognized and expounded.Further,under the guidance of the sustainable development goals,it has been shown that the culture and economic values should be balanced and coordinated during the process of built heritage value evaluation.In this way,the cooperation and coexistence between human and nature are safeguarded,and the dynamic inheritance of life and culture is promoted.
