摘  要:适应性住宅有助于营造灵活可变、随需求变化而相应演化的住宅空间,促进我国住宅长寿化发展。但功能的复杂与空间的灵活性带来了繁重的设计任务,如何在项目初期快速获取合理的套内平面布局方案成为亟待解决的问题。文章从建筑生成设计的角度出发,提取并转译套内适应性设计规则,基于遗传算法的标准框架,制定高效的套内平面布局生成方法,并结合生成实验验证方法的可行性,从而探寻住宅长寿化发展的方式以及新型建筑设计方法的应用。Adaptive housing helps to create a flexible and variable residential space that evolves accordingly with changing needs and promotes the development of longevity in China’s housing.However,the complexity of functions and the flexibility of space exacerbate the heavy design task,and how to quickly obtain a reasonable in-suite plane layout plan at the early stage of a project becomes an urgent problem to be solved.The paper extracts and translates the in-suite adaptive design rules from the perspective of building generation design,develops an efficient in-suite floor layout generation method based on the standard framework of genetic algorithm,and verifies the feasibility of the method with generation experiments.It aims to explore the way of residential longevity development and the application of new architectural design methods.
