摘　　要：高校餐饮建筑能耗问题尤为突出,且相关研究论文较少。文章以位于寒冷地区的太原理工大学餐饮建筑作为主要研究对象,通过测试分析冬季太原理工大学餐饮建筑室内外热环境,选取标准等效温度方法对太原理工大学餐饮建筑的冬季热舒适度进行评价,并通过建立计算机模型及标准模拟方法,依据分析结果提出改造建议。The energy consumption of university catering building is particularly prominent and there are few related research papers.In this paper,the catering building in Taiyuan University of Technology located in cold areas is taken as the main research object.Through testing and analyz-ing the indoor and outdoor thermal environment of the catering building in Taiyuan University of Technology in winter,the standard equivalent temperature method is selected to evaluate the thermal comfort of the catering building in Taiyuan University of Technology in winter.Through the establishment of computer models and standard simulation methods,according to the analysis re-sults,the paper puts forward suggestions for trans-formation.
