矿渣粉对水泥砂浆早中期活性及其孔结构的影响研究

摘  要:为了进一步再利用矿渣粉,文章探索了比表面积从300 m2/kg到1000 m2/kg时的早中期矿渣粉水泥的强度发展和活性发展规律。文章测试了标准养护条件下,7 d龄期及14 d龄期不同比表面积的矿渣磨细微粉的强度及活性指数,分析了原因,并利用压汞法测试了其微观孔结构。结果表明:早中期养护时间内,磨细微粉的强度值和活性值都随着比表面积的增大而增大,在7 d龄期之前,微粉的强度及活性指数增长较为缓慢,7 d龄期之后,强度及活性指数增长及速度较快;随着微粉比表面积的增大,试件的抗折强度增长趋势不变,其抗压强度和活性指数在比表面积小于750 m2/kg时增长速度较大,当大于750 m2/kg时,增长趋势减缓。在标准养护条件下,水泥砂浆的微观孔结构随着龄期的增长,其发展不断致密,并且在相同龄期下,随着比表面积的增大,微粉水泥砂浆的孔结构优化结果越发明显。In order to further utilize slag powder,this paper explored the strength and activity development patterns of slag powder cement in the early and middle stages when the specific surface area ranged from 300 m2/kg to 1000 m2/kg.The strength and activity index of micro fine powder with different specific surface area at 7 d and 14 d under standard curing conditions were tested.The reasons were analyzed.The microporous structure of the cement mortar with different specific surface area was tested at 7d and 14d.The results showed that the strength and activity values of the fine powder increased with the increase of the specific surface area during the early and middle ages. The strength and activity index of the powder increased slowly with the increase of the specific surface area before the 7th day of age. After 7 days of age, the strength and activity index increased and the speed increased. With the increase of specific surface area of micronized powder, the growth trend of flexural strength of the specimens was unchanged, and their compressive strength and activity index had a larger growth rate when the specific surface area was less than 750 m2/kg, and a slow growth rate when the specific surface area was greater than 750 m2/kg. Under the standard curing condition, the microscopic pore structure of cement mortar developed densely with the increase of age, and the optimization of the pore structure of micronized cement mortar became more and more obvious with the increase of specific surface area at the same age.
