摘　　要：随着城市化进程的推进,城市内高层建筑物的数量激增,在其长期运营管理中,累积了诸多安全隐患,因此高层建筑消防安全设计显得格外重要。对于高层酒店式公寓建筑来讲,虽然目前大多数情况下采用的是公共建筑的相关规范,但该类型的建筑仍具有很强的居住属性,其消防设计尤为重要。文章以龙湖金融中心外环23号地块为例,主要从总体消防设计、单体消防设计、局部消防设计等三方面论述高层酒店式公寓的消防设计的要点。With the deepening of urbanization,the number of high-rise buildings in cities has been increasing continuously,and many safety hazards have accumulated in their long-term operation and management.Therefore,the fire prevention design of high-rise buildings is particularly important.For the high-rise hotel-style apartment buildings,although most of them adopt the relevant specifications for public buildings,this type of building still has a strong residential attribute,so its fire prevention design is particularly important.This paper takes No.Plot on Longhu Financial Center Outer Ring Road as an example and mainly discusses the key fire prevention design points of high-rise hotel-style apartments from the perspectives of overall fire prevention design,individual fire prevention design,and local fire prevention design.
