摘  要:内河纯电动船现有标准存在缺乏统筹规划、重点标准缺失、成果转化不及时等问题,无法有效支撑内河纯电动船技术产业发展。为指导内河纯电动船标准化工作开展,在梳理内河纯电动船现有规范标准的基础上,研究分析内河纯电动船规范标准存在不足,初步构建内河纯电动船标准体系框架,并提出构建内河纯电动船标准体系、分阶段开展内河纯电动船重点标准研制、科技研发与标准研制协同开展等标准化工作建议。研究成果可为后续内河纯电动船标准体系构建及标准编制提供参考,助力内河纯电动船科技创新与产业发展。There are problems with the existing standards for pure electric ships in inland rivers,such as lack of overall planning,lack of key standards,and untimely achievement transformation,which cannot effectively support the development of pure electric ships in inland rivers.In order to guide the standardization work of pure electric ships in inland rivers,on the basis of sorting out the existing regulations and standards for inland pure electric ships,the shortcomings of the regulations and standards for inland pure electric ships are studied and analyzed.A preliminary framework for the standard system of pure electric ships in inland rivers is constructed,and suggestions for standardization work such as constructing a standard system for pure electric ships in inland rivers,phased development of key standards for pure electric ships in inland rivers,and collaborative development of technological research and standard development are proposed.Research results can provide some references for the subsequent construction of standard systems and standards development for pure electric ships in inland rivers,and help promote technological innovation and industrial development of pure electric ships in inland rivers.
