摘　　要：为避免合同履约风险、降低船厂经营活动中的风险,对船厂合同履约全生命周期管理中的困境与难点进行分析,并对合同全生命周期管理的逻辑进行归纳。在此基础上,对合同全生命周期管理信息化系统的开发要素进行分析。研究成果可为船厂合同履约全生命周期管理提供一定参考。In order to avoid contract performance risks and reduce risks in shipyard operations,the difficulties and difficulties in the full life cycle management of shipyard contract performance are analyzed,and the logic of contract full life cycle management is summarized.On this basis,the development elements of the contract lifecycle management information system are analyzed.The research results can provide some references for the full lifecycle management of contract performance in shipyards.
