基于SWOT理论对济宁市绿色农产品发展的策略探析

摘　　要：为更好地发展济宁绿色农产品,促进农业高质量发展,基于SWOT理论对济宁市绿色农产品发展进行分析。结果表明:济宁发展绿色农产品具有自然资源、优势农业产业、现代农业技术、人力资源、绿色农业发展模式5个方面优势;存在绿色农产品规模偏小、绿色农产品生产技术普及率偏低、绿色农产品品牌经营方式落后、绿色农产品监管相对滞后4个方面劣势;拥有新时代的需要、政策引导扶持、消费观念转型3个方面机会;受到农业领域投资减缓、绿色农产品竞争力不足、国际贸易的不确定性3个方面威胁。提出以下策略建议:做好济宁绿色农产品发展要做大做强优势优质农产品产业、提高中小种植户的农产品质量、持续做好“无公害、绿色、有机”等产品的认证、重视先进种植技术的运用实施和扩大农业有效投资、有效解决绿色农产品发展中的质量问题5条策略建议。In order to better develop green agricultural products in Jining and promote high-quality agricultural development,this paper based on SWOT to analyze and conclude that there are five advantages to develop green agricultural products in Jining including natural resources,advantageous agricultural industry,modern agricultural technology,human resources,and green agricultural development model,and there are four disadvantages of green agricultural products on small scale of green agricultural products,low popularization rate of green agricultural products production technology,backward management mode of green agricultural products and relatively backward supervision of green agricultural products,and there are three opportunities:the need of the new era,policy guidance and support,and the transformation of consumption concept,and it is threatened by the slowdown of investment in agriculture,the lack of competitiveness of green agricultural products,and the uncertainty of international trade.Strategic suggestions were put forward:in order to develop well green agricultural products in Jining,it was necessary to enlarge and strengthen the superior and high-quality agricultural products industry,improve the quality of agricultural products of small and medium-sized farmers,and continuously improve the certification of“pollution-free,green and organic”products,attach importance to the application and implementation of advanced cultivation technologies and expand effective investment in agriculture,and effectively solve the quality problems in the development of green agricultural products.
