广西大果山楂产业发展现状与对策建议

摘　　要：通过对广西5个重点地级市大果山楂产业情况进行实地调研,侧重对象为种植及加工相关合作社、企业及地方农业农村局,调查指标包括大果山楂种植面积、收获面积、产量、销售价格、销售模式和产品加工、建设品牌等,综合分析广西大果山楂产业现状及存在的问题,并提出产业发展建议。调查结果表明:广西大果山楂以自产自销、鲜品外运和加工为主,加工业以初加工为主,加工产品有山楂片、山楂醋、山楂酒、山楂醋酸嘢、山楂糕、山楂粉、山楂蜜饯等。分析了广西大果山楂产业现状及其存在的问题,并有针对性地提出建议,如加强政策支持,完善示范基地建设;建立专业科研团队,加强与高校院所科技合作;大力发展山楂加工业,延长加工产业链;加大品牌打造宣传,发展区域特色品牌,为促进广西大果山楂产业的可持续发展提供参考。This study offers a comprehensive analysis of the current status and major challenges of the Malus doumeri industry in Guangxi and proposes suggestions for future development.A field investigation was conducted in five major M.doumeri producing regions of Guangxi,focusing on planting and processing-related cooperatives,enterprises,and local agricultural and rural bureaus.The survey indicators include the planting area,harvesting area,production volume,sales price,sales methods,product processing,and brand development of M.doumeri.The investigation and analysis concluded that M.doumeri.production in Guangxi is primarily intended for local consumption and the export of fresh products.The processing industry mainly focuses on primary processing and produces a variety of products,including hawthorn slices,vinegar,wine,pickles,cakes,flour,and hawthorn preserves.The M.doumeri industry in Guangxi is currently facing numerous difficulties and challenges.These include the lack of high-quality varieties,significant yield inconsistencies,inadequate investment in scientific research,the prevalence of severe diseases and pests such as skin-bursting disease,limited research and development by processing and leading enterprises,weak brand awareness,and insufficient promotional efforts.The comprehensive analysis of the aforementioned indicators proposed targeted suggestions for the development of M.doumeri industry.These suggestions include strengthening policy support and improving the construction of demonstration bases;establishing professional,scientific research teams and enhancing scientific and technological cooperation with colleges and universities;actively developing the hawthorn processing industry and extending the industry′s processing chain;enhancing brand development and advertising;and promoting the regional characteristics of the brand.These measures aim to provide direction for the sustainable development of the M.doumeri industry in Guangxi.
