摘 要:目的分析妇产科护理管理中安全文化理念的运用效果。方法选取2022年1月—2023年12月湖南省脑科医院妇产科40名护士为研究对象,2022年1—12月开展常规护理管理,选取此时的20名护士作为对比组;2023年1—12月开展安全文化理念管理,选取此时的20名护士作为观察组。比较两组的护理管理质量、纠纷事件发生情况。结果观察组的护理管理质量高于对比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组未发生纠纷事件,对比组发生1起纠纷事件。结论在为妇产科护士进行护理管理时,常规护理管理与安全文化理念管理均可发挥一定管理作用,但后者更能改善护士护理管理质量,防范纠纷事件的发生。Objective To analyze the application effect of safety culture concept in nursing management of obstetrics and gynecology.Methods From January 2022 to December 2023,40 nurses from the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of Hunan Brain Hospital were selected as the research objects.Routine nursing management was carried out from January to December 2022,and twenty nurses were selected as the comparison group.From January to December 2023,safety culture concept management was carried out,and twenty nurses were selected as the observation group at this time.The quality of nursing management and the occurrence of disputes were compared between the two groups.Results The quality of nursing management in observation group was higher than that in comparison group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).No dispute occurred in the observation group,and 1 dispute occurred in the control group.Conclusion Both routine nursing management and safety culture concept management can play a certain role in nursing management for obstetrics and gynecology nurses,but the latter can improve the quality of nursing management and prevent the occurrence of disputes.
