摘　　要：目的探究供应流程优化管理对提高消毒供应中心器械清洗消毒剂包装质量的作用。方法选取2021年1月—2023年12月济南市市中区人民医院消毒供应中心的10名工作人员为研究对象。2021年1月—2022年6月记为参照组,2022年7月—2023年12月记为研究组。参照组行一般管理方法,研究组加用供应流程优化管理。比较两组的操作合格情况、器械不合格情况、工作人员工作质量及工作人员工作满意度。结果研究组灭菌、洗涤、包装及发放合格率均高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组器械缺失、标签错误、包装错误及有效期错误发生率低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组工作人员工作积极性、工作责任心、专业知识及技能操作评分均高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组工作人员服务态度、需求满足、器械质量及回收发放满意度评分均高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论供应流程优化管理能够提高消毒供应中工作人员操作合格率,降低器械不合格率,提高工作人员工作质量及工作满意度。Objective To explore the effect of supply process optimization management on improving the packaging quality of cleaning disinfectant for instruments in disinfection supply center.Methods Ten staff members from the Disinfection Supply Center of Shizhong District People's Hospital of Jinan City from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected as the research objects.The period from January 2021 to June 2022 was recorded as the reference group and the period from July 2022 to December 2023 was recorded as the study group.Referring to the general management approach of the group,the study group added supply process optimization management.The two groups were compared in terms of qualified operation,unqualified equipment,work quality and work satisfaction of staff.Results The qualification rates of sterilization,washing,packaging and distribution in the study group were higher than those in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The incidence of device missing,label error,packaging error and expiration date error in the study group was lower than that in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The scores of work enthusiasm,work responsibility,professional knowledge and skill operation of the study group were higher than those of the reference group,and the dif-ferences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The service attitude,demand satisfaction,device quality and satis-faction scores of the staff in the study group were higher than those in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Supply process optimization management can improve the qualified rate of disinfection supply,reduce the unqualified rate of equipment,and improve the work quality and job satisfaction of staff.
