现代化管理模式对提高皮肤科药物管理的应用效果研究

摘　　要：目的探讨现代化管理模式对提高皮肤科药物管理的应用效果。方法选择2021年10月—2023年9月安丘市皮肤病防治站的28名医生为研究对象,其中2021年10月—2022年9月采用常规管理模式(对照组),2022年10月—2023年9月联合现代化管理模式(观察组),28名医生均全程参与研究。两组均完成12个月管理,比较两组管理质量、医生专业技能及满意度。结果观察组的管理方法、服务态度、药物遴选、药物监督及药物预警评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);观察组的药物禁忌、药物剂量、用药次数、用药方法及药物不良反应监测评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);观察组满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论现代化管理模式用于皮肤科药物管理中效果显著,能提升管理质量,提高医生专业技能,可获得较高的管理满意度。Objective To explore the application effect of modernized management mode on improving drug management in dermatology department.Methods Twenty-eight doctors in Anqiu Dermatology Prevention and Control Center from October 2021 to September 2023 were selected as study subjects.Among them,the conventional management mode(control group)was used from October 2021 to September 2022,and the joint modernized management mode(observation group)was used from October 2022 to September 2023,and all 28 doctors participated in the whole study.Both groups completed 12 months of management,compared the quality of management,doctors'professional skills and satisfaction of the two groups.Results The observation group's management method,service attitude,drug selection,drug supervision and drug warning scores were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The scores of drug contraindication,drug dosage,number of times of medication,method of medication and monitoring of adverse drug reactions were higher in the observation group than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The modernized management mode used in dermatology drug management is effective,can improve the quality of management,improve the professional skills of doctors,and can obtain a high degree of management satisfaction.
