摘  要:目的探讨以问题为导向的交互式教学法对骨外科实习医生岗位胜任能力及学习积极性的影响。方法选取2023年1—12月在永州市中心医院骨科实习的28名实习医生为研究对象。2023年1—7月在本院实习的14名实习医生采取常规教学模式为对照组,2023年8—12月在本院实习的14名实习医生采取以问题为导向的交互式教学法为观察组。比较两组实习医生的综合成绩、岗位胜任能力及学习积极性。结果观察组理论成绩、实践操作、病例分析成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组岗位胜任能力评分、自我导向学习评定量表评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论以问题为导向的交互式教学法可提高骨外科实习医生的岗位胜任能力及学习积极性。Objective To explore the effect of problem-oriented interactive teaching method on the job competence and learning motivation of orthopedic surgery interns.Methods Twenty-eight intern doctors who interned in the Department of Orthopedics of Yongzhou Central Hospital from January to December 2023 were selected as study subjects.The 14 interns who interned in our hospital from January to July 2023 adopted the conventional teaching mode as the control group,and the 14 interns who interned in our hospital from August to December 2023 adopted the problem-oriented interactive teaching method as the observation group.Comprehensive scores,job competence and learning motivation of intern doctors in the two groups were compared.Results The theory scores,practical operation and case analysis scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The scores of job competence and Self-ring Scale of Self-directed Learning scale in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Problem-oriented interactive teaching method can improve the job competence and learning motivation of orthopedic surgery interns.
