摘　　要：医疗资源的迫切需求与卫生资源分配不均衡之间存在着一定的矛盾,而这一问题又直接关系到社区基本公共卫生服务的发展水平。本文探讨了基本公共卫生服务均等化的难点,对基本公共卫生服务均等化的相关内容进行简要说明,并分析其重要性,提出加强宣传创新思路,建立健全的交流和激励机制,深化公共卫生体制改革的对策,以期能为相关工作人员提供借鉴。There exists a certain contradiction between the urgent demand for medical resources and the unbalanced distribution of health resources,which in turn is directly related to the development level of basic public health services in the community.This paper discusses the difficulties of equalization of basic public health services,briefly explains the relevant contents of equalization of basic public health services,and analyze its importance,put forward the countermeasures of strengthening publicity and innovative ideas,establishing a sound communication and incentive mechanism,and deepening the reform of public health system,in order to provide relevant staff with reference.
