摘  要:根际及近根际区域(根际微生境)进行着活跃的物质交换和能量流动,大部分陆地生态系统中碳、氧和矿质元素等关键生源要素循环的生化过程都发生在根际微生境中。根际微生境空间动态过程的可视化对于准确捕捉和量化根际界面物质迁移转化过程和功能至关重要。过去几十年中,采用二维成像方法进行营养元素、酶和微生物等多种生化过程的同步原位可视化研究取得了重要进展。本文系统总结了根际化学环境、微生物环境和代谢物原位可视化研究的最新方法与研究进展,讨论了多参数成像技术在根际微生境研究中的应用前景,并对根际生化过程原位可视化研究的未来发展方向及亟待解决的问题进行了展望。为进一步提高根际原位可视化技术的研发与应用,深入解析微生境中生化过程与机制,需要在以下几方面重点展开研究:1)开展操作简单、耗时少、成本低的可视化技术开发,并进行多参数及多手段耦合的兼容性验证;2)从样品制备和数据整合等方面,开发根际三维及四维可视化方法,探索根际微生境的时空动态可视化;3)研发便携式仪器,开展根际原位可视化技术的田间应用。Material exchange and energy flow are active in the rhizosphere and the adjacent area within several millimeters.The cycling of critical biogenic elements,including carbon,oxygen,and mineral elements in terrestrial ecosystems,predominantly occurs within this rhizosphere microhabitat.Visualizing the dynamic processes in the rhizosphere microhabitat can facilitate the capture and quantification of the process and function of material migration and transformation.Over the past few decades,two-dimensional imaging techniques have been developed for realizing in situ visualization.This article provides a systematic overview of the latest methods and research advancements in in situ visualization of rhizosphere chemicals,microbial environments,and metabolites,with an emphasis on the application prospects of multi-parameter imaging technology in studying the rhizosphere process.The future development direction and unsolved issues of in situ visualization of biochemical processes at rhizosphere microhabitat are also discussed. For more practical use of in situ visualization technology of rhizosphere in the researches of biochemical processes and mechanisms within microhabitats, researches should target on: 1) developing straightforward, time-efficient, and cost-effective visualization technologies and performing compatibility assessments for multi-parameter and multi-method integration;2) advancing three-dimensional and four-dimensional visualization techniques for the rhizosphere, encompassing sample preparation and data synthesis, to investigate the spatio-temporal dynamics of the rhizosphere microhabitats;3) creating portable instrumentation to facilitate the field application of rhizosphere in situ visualization technology.
