摘  要:利用扫描电镜、摩擦磨损试验机和X射线衍射仪等研究了淬火温度、冷处理温度和回火温度对Cronidur30钢的硬度、残余奥氏体含量以及摩擦磨损性能和耐腐蚀性的影响。结果表明:淬火温度为1 025,1 060℃时,回火态试样硬度均不低于59 HRC,1 025℃淬火试样的残余奥氏体含量略低且组织更加均匀细小;淬火温度为1 025℃时,-75和-196℃这2种冷处理温度对试样硬度和残余奥氏体含量影响的差别不大;淬火温度1 025℃,冷处理温度-75℃时,155,480℃回火温度下试样的硬度均高于58 HRC,155℃回火后试样的减摩性优于480℃,耐磨性则略低;随着回火温度升高,试样的耐腐蚀性下降,回火温度550℃时试样的耐腐蚀性最差。The effects of quenching temperature,cold treatment temperature and tempering temperature on hardness,residual austenite content,friction and wear properties and corrosion resistance of Cronidur30 steel are studied by scanning electron microscopy,friction and wear tester and X-ray diffractometer.The results show that when the quenching temperature is 1025 and 1060℃,the hardness of tempered samples is not less than 59 HRC,the residual austenite content of samples quenched at 1025℃is slightly lower and the microstructure is more uniform and fine;when the quenching temperature is 1025℃,the effect of two cold treatment temperatures of-75℃and-196℃on hardness and residual austenite content of samples is not much different;when the quenching temperature is 1025℃and the cold treatment temperature is-75℃,the hardness of samples tempered at 155℃and 480℃is higher than 58 HRC,the anti-friction property of samples tempered at 155℃is better than that of samples tempered at 480℃,and the wear resistance is slightly lower;with the increase of tempering temperature,the corrosion resistance of samples decreases,and the corrosion resistance of samples is the worst when the tempering temperature is 550℃.
