外固定技术在四肢骨折急救中的应用效果评价

摘　　要：目的:为了有效提高四肢骨折急救患者的治疗效果,深入探究对患者采取外固定技术的重要意义。方法:从我进修医院(南京医科大学第二附属医院)接诊的四肢骨折急救患者中选取90例参与实验研究,将所有患者分为两组,分别采取内固定治疗以及外固定技术治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果差异。结果:在本次研究中,观察组展现了更为突出的治疗成效,其治疗有效率高达43/45,与对照组的35/45相比,优势显著。此外,观察组在多个维度的功能恢复上均超越对照组:生理功能平均得分85.64±6.03,心理功能为87.03±4.15,躯体疼痛缓解至86.18±5.32,社会功能恢复至85.62±5.09,这些指标均显著高于对照组的78.92±4.37、80.47±4.06、79.62±5.07、78.13±4.93。这一系列数据充分体现了外固定技术在促进患者全面康复方面的卓越效果。并发症方面,观察组的状况更为乐观,仅记录1例延迟愈合事件,而对照组则面临了更为复杂的并发症情况,包括1例畸形、2例骨不连、1例延迟愈合并2例感染,总计6例。这一对比凸显了外固定技术在减少并发症风险上的优势。在患者主观感受层面,观察组的治疗满意度达到了44/45,再次显著高于对照组的38/45。所有这些差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05),结论:外固定技术在四肢骨折急救治疗中不仅在临床疗效上表现优异,还在提升患者生活质量、减少并发症及增强患者满意度方面具有显著成效。In order to effectively improve the treatment effect of emergency patients with limb fractures,this study aims to explore the importance of adopting external fixation techniques for patients.Method:A total of 90 emergency patients with limb fractures admitted to my study hospital(Second Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing Medical University)were selected to participate in the experimental study.All patients were divided into two groups and treated with internal fixation and external fixation techniques,respectively.The differences in treatment efficacy between the two groups were compared.Result:In this study,the observation group showed more outstanding treatment efficacy,with a treatment effectiveness rate of 43/45,which is significantly superior to the control group's 35/45.In addition,the observation group outperformed the control group in multiple dimensions of functional recovery:the average score of physiological function was 85.64±6.03,psychological function was 87.03±4.15,physical pain relief was 86.18±5.32,and social function recovery was 85.62±5.09,all of which were significantly higher than the control group's 78.92±4.37,80.47±4.06,79.62±5.07,78.13±4.93.This series of data fully demonstrates the excellent effect of external fixation technology in promoting comprehensive recovery of patients.In terms of complications,the observation group was more optimistic,with only one case of delayed healing recorded,while the control group faced more complex complications,including one case of malformation,two cases of non union,one case of delayed healing combined with two cases of infection,totaling six cases.This comparison highlights the advantages of external fixation techniques in reducing the risk of complications.At the subjective level of patients,the treatment satisfaction of the observation group reached 44/45,which was significantly higher than the 38/45 of the control group.All these differences are statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:External fixation technology not only performs well in
