摘  要:目的:探讨针对特需门诊护理进行优化的方向,尤其是护患沟通技巧方面,然后评价其应用效果。方法:选取特需门诊病例100人进行护理方面的研究,分组之后各50人,一组开展护患沟通技巧为研究组,一组实施常规护理为对照组。结果:护理后较两组SDS及SAS为研究组更低,护理方面的满意度分值则更高,以上数据统计P<0.05;较护理前两组的SDS及SAS为P>0.05。对比对照组,研究组特需门诊工作量明显更少,P<0.05。结论:本文探讨针对特需门诊护理进行优化的方向,尤其是护患沟通技巧方面,然后评价其应用效果,得出明显更优,不良情绪呈现为显著缓解,而且护理满意度大幅度提高。Objective:To explore the optimization direction of special needs outpatient care,especially the nurse-patient communication skills,and then evaluate its application effect.Methods:100 patients of special outpatient clinic were selected for nursing research.After grouping,50 patients,one group conducted nurse-patient communication skills as the research group,and the other group implemented routine nursing as the control group.Results:After nursing,SDS and SAS were lower than the two groups,and the satisfaction score in nursing was higher,P<0.05;SDS and SAS in the first two groups were P>0.05.Compared with the control group,the workload of special clinic in the study group was significantly less(P<0.05).Conclusion:This paper discusses the direction of optimization for special needs outpatient care,especially the communication skills of nurses and patients,and then evaluates the application effect,which is significantly better,the bad mood is significantly relieved,and the nursing satisfaction is greatly improved.
