摘 要:由于以往的土壤有机污染生物修复研究多集中在微生物的降解上,但事实上,植物对有机污染物的去除起着直接或间接的作用。植物主要通过调控土壤中的细菌、真菌等微生物可以直接吸收、固定和分解污染物,从而对环境进行修复。本文选用植物苜蓿,用正交设计法研究土壤石油污染对紫花苜蓿生长影响效应,采集分析植物和土壤样品中石油烃含量、石油烃(饱和烃、芳烃、酯类和极性化合物)的族组分含量,分析表明土壤石油污染对紫花苜蓿生长有抑制作用,土壤石油去除率与投配量之间有线性相关关系,最终确定本地区石油污染土壤的最佳田间植物修复方法和试验依据。The previous research on bioremediation of soil organic pollution mostly focused on microbial degradation,but in fact,plants play a direct or indirect role in the removal of organic pollutants.Plants can directly absorb,fix and decompose pollutants by regulating bacteria,fungi and other microorganisms in the soil,thus repairing the environment.In this paper,alfalfa was selected to study the effect of soil oil pollution on alfalfa growth by orthogonal design,and the content of petroleum hydrocarbons and the group components of petroleum hydrocarbons(saturated hydrocarbons,aromatic hydrocarbons,esters and polar compounds)in plant and soil samples were collected and analyzed.The analysis showed that soil oil pollution inhibited alfalfa growth,and there was a linear correlation between soil oil removal rate and dosage.Finally,the best field phytore-mediation method and experimental basis for oil-contaminated soil in this area were determined.
