摘  要:乳化剂添加对于修饰重污油水煤浆的成浆性和燃烧特性具有重要影响。本研究通过实验方法,研究不同类型乳化剂在重污油水煤浆中的应用效果。结果表明,添加乳化剂能显著提高重污油水煤浆的成浆性,并在燃烧过程中改善其燃烧特性。当乳化剂添加量为0.5%时,重污油水煤浆的稳定性最佳,具有较高的含水率和较低的黏度。同时,添加乳化剂能降低重污油水煤浆的灰渣生成率和氮氧化物排放量,提高其燃烧效率。The addition of emulsifier has an important influence on the slurryability and combustion characteristics of modified heavy oil coal water slurry.In this study,the application effects of different types of emulsifiers in heavy oil coal water slurry were studied by experimental methods.The results show that adding emulsifier can significantly improve the slurryability of heavy oil coal water slurry and improve its combus-tion characteristics during combustion.When the amount of emulsifier is 0.5%,the stability of heavy oil coal water slurry is the best,with high water content and low viscosity.At the same time,adding emulsifier can reduce the ash formation rate and nitrogen oxide emission of heavy oil coal water slurry and improve its combustion efficiency.
